Course Overview

This beginner-friendly yoga class introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath-work through a gentle flow of postures linked together by the breath. Rachel provides clear, step-by-step verbal instruction and demonstrations to help students learn and feel confident in each pose.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water.
