Course Overview

Bring in the Holiday Cheer with hand painted ornaments! In this class, you’ll get to paint 3 Holiday inspired ornaments on wood rounds. With instructions from Minnesota artist Caroline Porter, students will be shown all three designs: Happy Holly-Days, Holiday Truck and Tree, and Simple Snowflake. Students can choose which designs to use for their 3 wood rounds. Each ornament will be tied with twine.

Materials

All supplies are provided by the instructor. Materials include:

• Paint: Acrylic, brand may vary
  Misc.: wood rounds with a diameter of 3-4 inches, paper towels, various sized brushes, scrap paper, pencils, etc.  

Important Notes

• All necessary materials are included, but students may bring their own paints or brushes if preferred.
• Participants are welcome to bring a notebook for note-taking.
• Students are encouraged to continue practicing the skills learned during the workshop at home.
