Bokeh Botanicals - Watercolor Classes with Caroline Porter 2-Hour Watercolor & Ink Class Artist/Instructor: Caroline Porter Date: Thursday, August 20 Time: 6:30–8:30 PM No Experience Required Age Ranges: Ages 14+ (Ages 10+ if accompanied by an adult) Course Overview Master the ever so popular Bokeh Effect in watercolors from Minnesota artist, Caroline Porter. Students will be shown a variety of ways to produce the Bokeh Effect that are easy for beginners to learn. To help gain confidence, students will first practice on scrap paper before working on their final piece. Other techniques covered in this class include wet on wet, wet on dry, and layering with watercolors. To make your piece stand out, students are encouraged to choose their own background colors and botanical designs.
