You'll make freezer-friendly pizza dough from scratch, prepare pizza crusts, and learn the best techniques for topping, storing, and baking pizzas straight from the freezer so they come out perfectly every time. Chef Tess will also share her favorite pro tips for creating freezer-friendly dough and choosing toppings that freeze and reheat beautifully.
In addition, you'll learn how to make a fast, no-knead pizza using an easy mix-and-bake method that's ready in less than an hour. With make-ahead strategies, time-saving tips, and simple ingredient ideas, you'll leave with practical skills to help you save time and money while enjoying healthier homemade meals.

It helps to build peoples’ confidence in the kitchen knowing they have created something unique and delicious all on their own. They then can use the recipes provided as a guide. This way of teaching also allows for a greater focus on the task at hand.

Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class prior to it starting. The instructor’s recipes are copyrighted and are only shared with those who register for this class.
