Through fun, interactive group discussions, you’ll discover how negative self-talk can hold you back—and more importantly, how to turn those thoughts around. You’ll learn powerful, practical techniques to reframe your mindset, replace negativity with self-belief, and boost your confidence to new heights. This program is specially designed for students in grades 5–12, helping them build resilience, confidence, and a positive outlook during some of the most important years of growth.
